A: We offer an a la carte system where you can choose the meals you want and the quantity you prefer. There’s no subscription and you simply order whenever you need us.
You can mix and choose from any of our different menus, custom, or a la carte options.
Q: how do i know my order has been processed?
A:You will receive a confirmation email with your order# as soon as the order is placed. Please check the spam folder, as it sometimes goes there by accident.
Q: Can I freeze my meals?
A: Yes, you can. All our meals come with a best or freeze by date.
Q: What are the re-heating instructions?
A: Simply remove the label and microwave for 1-2 minutes in a medium setting.
Q: IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF MEALS I CAN ORDER?
A: We offer an a la carte system where you can choose the meals you want and the quantity you prefer. However, we recommend to order 10+meals to save on delivery and shipping.
