Q: How does your service work?

A: We offer an a la carte system where you can choose the meals you want and the quantity you prefer. There’s no subscription and you simply order whenever you need us.
You can mix and choose from any of our different menus, custom, or a la carte options.

Q: how do i know my order has been processed?

A:You will receive a confirmation email with your order# as soon as the order is placed. Please check the spam folder, as it sometimes goes there by accident.

Q: Can I freeze my meals?

A: Yes, you can. All our meals come with a best or freeze by date.

Q: What are the re-heating instructions?

A:  Simply remove the label and microwave for 1-2 minutes in a medium setting.

Q: IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF MEALS I CAN ORDER?

A: We offer an a la carte system where you can choose the meals you want and the quantity you prefer. However, we recommend to order 10+meals to save on delivery and shipping.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Q: Do you deliver to my area?

A: Yes, we can locally deliver or ship nationwide.

Q: How do i know if i’m inside the local delivery area?

A: Simply enter your Zip Code at checkout and it will tell you if it will be delivered through our local delivery method or through shipping via FedEx.

Q: DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN THE MEALS ARRIVE?

A: Nobody needs to be home when the meals arrive. Local deliveries receive an automatic confirmation text when the order arrives. Shipping orders have a “shipper release” and are delivered to your front door as well.

Q: CAN YOU GUYS DELIVER TO MY WORK PLACE?

A: We recommend having them delivered to a residential address in case the business is closed when the order arrives.

Q: how much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on zip code and weight. It is automatically set up for Standard Overnight Shipping.

Q: when will i receive MY ORDER?

A: FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES IN HOUSTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS:
Place your order before 2.00pm for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. We deliver 7 days a week from 12.00pm-9.00pm

FOR ORDERS SHIPPED VIA FEDEX:

All shipping orders leave our production center Monday-Thursday with STANDARD AIR OVERNIGHT via FedEx.
* Orders Placed Monday before 2.00pm Central Time will arrive Wednesday by end of day.
* Orders Placed Tuesday before 2.00pm Central Time will arrive Thursday by end of day.
* Orders Placed Wednesday before 2.00pm Central Time will arrive Friday by end of day.
* Orders Placed Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday before 2.00pm Central Time will arrive Tuesday by end of day.

RECEIVING MY MEALS:

Q: HOW ARE THE MEALS LOCALLY DELIVERED?

A: All of our local deliveries come in an insulated bag with ice-packs.
They remain at a cold temperature until you get home and put them in the fridge.

Q: how are the meals packaged for shipment?

A: All orders shipped via FedEx are vacuum sealed in BPA-free, recyclable trays and film.
Our New Vacuum Skin Packaging allows for the food to arrive safely and intact. They arrive in a carboard box with an insulated liner and ice-packs to keep them at safe temperatures.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY MEALS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?

A: Local deliveries receive an automatic confirmation text when the order arrives. Shipping orders receive a tracking # with a link to track it.

Q: what do i do when my order arrives?

A: Refrigerate your meals as soon as possible. You can freeze them if you want but we recommend consuming them fresh. However, if you decide to freeze them, we recommend letting them thaw in your refrigerator the day before eating.

Q: DO YOU RECYCLE THE CONTAINERS?

A: We encourage all of our customers to participate in their local community recycle programs. We are not able to receive used containers back for sanitary reasons.

A: All of our systems and production operations are set up for contactless delivery or shipping only.

Q: CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITH A FUTURE DELIVERY DATE?

A: Yes, to schedule a different delivery date, simply place your order online and text us your order# at 713-367-6578 with the future delivery date.
