Q. Where do you deliver?

A.We deliver to the following areas

Q. What if I have questions regarding my order?

A.A.You can call or text us at our local number: 713-367-6578. One of our members will gladly assist you.

Q. What are the new deadlines to place my order?

A.Place your order by:
Friday at 5:00pm to get Sunday delivery 
Sunday at 2:00pm to get Monday delivery 
Tuesday at 2:00pm to get Wednesday delivery 
Wednesday at 2:00pm to get Thursday delivery 

Q. Can I freeze my meals?

A.A.Yes, you can. However, we don't freeze any meals during the process and they leave our kitchen freshly cooked. Since we don’t include any additives or preservatives, we recommend consuming them within 5 days.

Q. What are the re-heating instructions?

A.Depending on your microwave, we recommend to crack open the corner of the lid and microwave for 2-3 minutes in a medium setting.

Q. When will I receive my meals?

A.We make our deliveries on SUNDAY: 9:00am-5:00pm and MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY: 2:00pm-9:00pm.
Your meals will be delivered the next available day depending on when your order was placed, unless a different delivery date is programmed.

Q. Can I place an order with a future delivery date?

A.Yes, To schedule a different delivery date, simply place your order online and text us at (713) 367-6578 with the future delivery date.

Q. Is there a minimum number of meals I can order?

A.There is a minimum of 10 meals per delivery.

Q. How are the meals delivered?

A.All of our meals are delivered in an insulated bag with ice-packs. They remain at a cold temperature until you get home and put them in the fridge.

Q. How do i know if my meals have been delivered?

A.You will receive a confirmation text/email when your meals arrive, if nobody was home to receive them.

Q. Do you recycle the containers?

A.We encourage all of our customers to participate in their local community recycle programs. We are not able to receive used containers back for sanitary reasons.

Q. Do you offer pickup?

A.We don't currently offer a pick up option. Stay tuned for a store front coming soon.

Q. How do i change the shipping address?

A.Simply text us at 713-367-6578 to update your new delivery address.

Q. Do I need to be home when the meals arrive?

A.Nobody needs to be home when the meals arrive. They get delivered in an insulated bag with ice packs and stay cold for 10-12hrs and we send a confirmation text once they arrive if nobody was home.

Q. Can you guys deliver to my work place?

A.We recommend having them delivered to a residential address. Since everything is cooked fresh to order and we make deliveries from 2pm-9pm during the week, the business might be close by the time they arrive.
